The Firm assists the client through a wide range of services concerning GDPR and privacy matters, performing assessment and control activities of client’s compliance with Data Protection laws and regulations, releasing GDPR audit reports, drafting GDPR and internal Privacy Policies, as well as standard or customized requests of consent to the use of personal data. The Firm has consolidated a vast experience in representing private or corporate clients to file appeals to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
