She specialized in Corporate Law, Civil Law, Hereditary and Succession Law at the “Guasti” Notary Council School of Milan, at the School of Legal Professions, also known as Genghini Notary School in Naples and at Viggiani Notary School in Milan.
She completed a post-graduate advanced course in M&A and Corporate Transactions at University of Milan.
Passionate about the corporate world and the legal implications of domestic and cross-borders entrepreneurial activities, Dalila has kept integrating advanced academic specialization with professional experience, operating as legal specialist, external advisor and legal translator for enterprises, SMEs and public entities. With 10+ years background as legal specialist and attorney at law in top legal firms, notary firms and legal boutiques, she founded Dalilex Law Firm in Milan.

He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law from University Federico II of Naples.
With 20+ years background as attorney at law cooperating with top-tier legal firms in Naples, Luca has gained a strong expertise as legal advisor and defence attorney of entrepreneurs, private enterprises and public entities in matters of Criminal Law.
His specialization fields include, among others, corporate crimes, tax offences, environmental crimes, fraudulent bankruptcy, fraud, internet and computer fraud, medical fraud, securities fraud and insider trading, insurance fraud, credit card fraud, tax evasion, scams, market manipulation, internet crimes and identity theft, crimes that involve the liability of Companies and legal Entities according to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, crimes against property, crimes against justice and against the public, including inchoate offenses such as attempt, conspiracy, incitement and solicitation, crimes and punishments under the Italian Legislative Decree n. 81/2008 in matters of health and safety at work, criminal liability of the employer, healthcare related crimes and medical malpractice.
He has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and he operates also as a Supervisory Committee pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 231/2001 for private companies and public entities.
